Orders

Once you place your ONLINE STORE order it will be processed, any additional delivery charges confirmed.

For DIRECT SALES an invoice will be sent to you for online bank payment. 

All orders are required to be paid in full prior to the custom making of custom made or stock covers

and the delivery of products.

Prices are in $NZ including 15% GST 

The prices displayed on the web site can change at anytime without prior notice.

Product Satisfaction

If for some reason you are not completely happy with the product quality when it arrives

please contact us straight away so we can remedy the situation. 

All returned items must be in original condition & packaging and not damaged through use or ware & tear.

Returns must be unused & within 7 days of purchase.

If a refund is issued it will not include the cost of delivery.

All products are covered by the NZ Consumer Guarantee Act - All NZ made frames & sewn products have a 1 year manufactures warranty against poor workmanship & quality.

The Planosol & Sunbrella fabrics have a 5- 7 year guarantee against rot resistance under normal exposure conditions. 

Please choose fabric colours & product carefully.

We cannot issue refunds for product 'change of mind' on custom made non-stock covers.

 

Fabric Colour Swatches

We aim to represent all Flutter products on the web site as close as possible to the original.

This includes the fabric colour swatches. However they may not be an exact match due to variation in computer screens.

If you would like to see a fabric colour swatch prior to ordering we can send you one at no charge.
